Whether you work with me or another therapist, I have a few recommendations: know what you want to talk about, work with a person of color if you're one too, and don't expect therapy to be an easy process! 

I treat clients through an eclectic approach utilizing different methods, however, I predominantly use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), along with a psychodynamic approach (meaning I am going into your past), and REBT, so clients can expect me to challenge irrational thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. These are just a few of the approaches I use.
